At Elmcroft, we understand it takes special care when dealing with Alzheimer’s or other dementias. That’s why our staff undergoes the Best Friends® specialized training to better understand the personal care each of our Heartland Village residents deserves. Our Best Friends® program allows us to care for our memory care residents as we would a beloved family member or close friend. Doing more than assisting residents, we offer them a hand to hold, and above all, someone to listen.
