Sometimes after illness or injury, more care is needed to help return people to their daily schedule. At Elmcroft Health and Rehabilitation Centers, we offer rehabilitation services not only to our residents, but also to those needing intensive therapy following surgery or illness. Programs are designed primarily for short-term stays, but can be tailored to accommodate long-term stays as well.
Physician-led therapy programs are also available at our Health and Rehab Centers. Programs include physical, speech and occupational therapy and are personalized for each resident to help him or her meet specific goals. Specialty physicians, nurses and therapists all work together with a focus on helping patients regain the independence they have lost.
We understand how difficult recovery can be. That’s why we have worked to make our centers valuable locations for those who require short or extended stays. With a wide range of healthcare programs available, anyone in need of our services can be treated on-site, where they receive the help and care they need in the comfort of a home-like atmosphere, with an abundance of personal care.
